You are someone who treats every client as a canvas — whether you're crafting a flawless balayage, a bold color correction, or a precision cut that frames their face perfectly. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform expert cuts, blowouts, and styling across all hair types and textures—Execute high-level color services including balayage, highlights, color corrections, and glosses—Consult with clients to understand their vision and make professional recommendations—Build and retain a loyal, repeat clientele—Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge—Contribute to a positive, professional team culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active Florida cosmetology license (required)
5+ years of professional experience behind the chair
Proven expertise in precision cutting and advanced color techniques
Strong portfolio or Instagram showcasing your color and cut work
Excellent communication and client consultation skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
