Job Duties and Responsibilities of Master Cosmetologist:

Offer a diverse selection of salon services, from design and cutting to coloring, texture treatments, styling, extensions, keratin treatments, makeup application, and ear piercing where relevant.Reach or go beyond the goal of $1250 in weekly sales through exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.Increase guest participation by showcasing product features through live demonstrations and recommending additional services.Take part in in-store functions and marketing initiatives that enrich the overall shopping experience for visitors.Keep yourself informed about the latest beauty trends and products so that you can give relevant and knowledgeable consultations to your clients.Foster enduring guest bonds and champion Ulta Beauty’s loyalty schemes and smartphone application.Engage with peers and the retail team to deliver consistent and holistic support to guests shopping in the store.Uphold uniform compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal requirements in the salon setting.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon and assigned spaces while also managing and communicating any needs for supplies.Qualifications and Experience of Master Cosmetologist:

Applicants must hold a valid cosmetology license that is currently active.Experience in a salon setting is a prerequisite for this position.Adept at hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup, and other sophisticated salon methods.Adept at employing professional tools and salon-quality products with safety and expertise.Demonstrating a solid grasp of retail operations and effective communication techniques, along with the skill to offer guidance and product recommendations.Capable of centering on the customer's needs while establishing enduring rapport.Possesses a collaborative mindset and can adjust to accommodate a range of business requirements and timetables.Benefits of Master Cosmetologist:
