Master Barber / Stylist

About us
We are a new luxury men’s salon in Jacksonville Beach.
Our salon is located in Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, a short walk from the ocean, with easy access and free parking.

Position
We are hiring an experienced Master Barber / Men’s Stylist to join our growing team.
Duties

Provide high quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims and shaves.
Consult with clients about style, hair type and grooming needs.
Recommend products and services to improve the client’s look and experience.
Maintain a clean, organized and professional workstation.
Follow all sanitation and safety standards required by the state of Florida.

Schedule

On site position inside the salon.
Salon hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday closed.
Your shifts will be scheduled within these hours.
Full time or part time hours can be discussed during the interview, including some evenings and Saturdays.

Compensation

This is a commission based role.
You receive a percentage of each service you provide. The exact commission will be discussed during the interview.
Most barbers in similar roles earn between 30 and 60 dollars per hour including tips, depending on their skills, services and client base.

Requirements

Valid Florida Barber License.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a barbershop or men’s salon preferred.
Portfolio or photos of your work are a plus.
Ability to keep a clean, organized and professional workspace.
Friendly, respectful communication with clients and teammates.
