Responsibilities

Provide professional barbering services including haircutting, styling, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and hair coloring with precision and attention to detailPerform advanced grooming treatments such as hair extensions, hair threading, and makeup application to meet clients’ specific needsMaintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations and store policiesUse salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficientlyOffer personalized hair care advice based on clients’ hair type and desired look while upselling appropriate products and servicesCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and ensure a positive experience from consultation to completionMentor junior staff members by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environmentSkills

Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with a strong foundation in barbering techniques and cosmetology principlesProficiency in salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment management and client communicationSkilled in hair styling, coloring (including color theory), hair extensions, and advanced grooming treatments like straight razor shavesKnowledge of sanitation practices to uphold safety standards across all servicesExcellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needsAbility to perform hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty treatments as neededStore management experience is a plus for contributing to overall salon operations and team mentoringJoin us if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier grooming experiences!
