Role Description: The Master Barber role at Razor King LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Minneapolis, MN. 3+ years of professional experience behind the chair in a barbershop or grooming environment.Proven ability to cut all hair types and textures with confidence and precision.Strong technical skills in fades, scissor work, beard sculpting, and straight razor shaving.Professional presence — reliable, punctual, well-groomed, and client-focused.Upscale service mindset with strong consultation, communication, and client experience skills.Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele within a membership and walk-in model.Licensed in Minnesota: active Barber license preferred (Master Barber ideal) OR an active Salon Manager license in good standing (if not holding a barber license).Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a premium, craft-driven brand.
