Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our shop, contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient workflow.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist with eyelash extensions, hair threading, and other beauty services
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations and tools
- Support retail sales and inventory management
- Provide assistance in store management tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory for beauty services
- Mentor junior staff members when needed
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Basic understanding of barbering techniques
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beauty industry practices and trends
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
