Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage therapies including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific concerns.
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals.
Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments.
Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and post-treatment care.
Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and adhere to all health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
Document treatment details accurately in client records, including assessment findings and therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in patient service with a focus on massage therapy or related fields such as med spa environments.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
Skilled in deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy for effective pain relief.
Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for client safety.

Pay: $45,510.72 - $54,808.61 per year
