Role Summary: Provide gentle, playful nail care services using child-safe, non-toxic products.

Child-Friendly Services: Provide mini-manicures, mini-pedicuresEntertainment & Engagement: Host kids' birthday parties, lead spa games, and maintain a high-energy, fun atmosphere.Safety & Hygiene: Sanitize all tools strictly between appointments and use only non-toxic, child-safe products.Guest Relations: Welcome parents and children warmly, explaining treatments to keep kids at ease.Area Maintenance: Keep the Children’s Quarters clean, organized, bright, and visually appealing at all times.Job Requirements
Experience: Experience working with children is highly preferred.Skills: Basic knowledge of nail polishing, hair braiding, or cosmetics.Traits: Exceptional patience, strong communication skills, and a playful, warm personality.Certifications: Cosmetology or nail technician license is a major plus, but a passion for childcare and entertainment is most critical.Background Check: Must successfully pass a mandatory criminal background check for child safety.Hygiene Compliance: Willingness to strictly follow salon sanitation protocols using non-toxic, child-safe products.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and move actively for periods at a time during busy birthday parties.Benefits & Perks
