Duties

Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Perform advanced nail treatments such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and nail extensions using various techniques.
Apply and maintain eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and other esthetic services to enhance client beauty routines.
Educate clients on nail care best practices and recommend suitable products or treatments to promote healthy nails.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following all sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and new beauty treatments to provide innovative services.

Skills

Strong knowledge of color theory for creating eye-catching nail designs and art.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
Proficiency in sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care.
Experience with hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
Ability to perform retail sales effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining genuine client relationships.
Knowledge of retail math for managing product inventory and sales targets efficiently.
