Manicurist and Nail Technician

In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, create stunning nail designs, and provide personalized customer experiences that leave clients feeling pampered and confident. Duties Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and nail enhancements.Apply and maintain gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and creativity.Conduct advanced treatments such as nail art, color theory consultations, and special effects to elevate client satisfaction.Provide additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments when qualified.Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment to promote client safety.Offer expert product recommendations and upsell retail items such as nail care products or beauty accessories to enhance the client experience.Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences, explain procedures thoroughly, and ensure their comfort throughout each service.Experience Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and current trends in beauty treatments.Familiarity with sanitation protocols for salons to uphold health standards consistently.Experience in cosmetology or esthetician training preferred; certification in nail technology required where applicable.Skills in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments are a plus.Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills.Strong communication skills to engage clients confidently and build lasting relationships.
