Role Description The Manicurist at Prestige Salon & Day Spa is a full-time, on-site role based in Webster, MA. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manicures and pedicures, shaping and grooming nails, applying polish and nail enhancements, and providing nail art services according to client preferences. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate nail care treatments, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation for tools and workstations. The Manicurist will also manage appointment scheduling support as needed, promote salon services and products, and contribute to a positive, professional client experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Nail Care and Nails skills, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.Candidates should possess Cosmetology knowledge and a current state cosmetology or nail technician license (or eligibility to obtain one).Candidates should possess Nail Art abilities, including creative designs, trends awareness, and attention to aesthetic detail.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to client needs, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation, following all health and safety regulations.Ability to work full time on-site, manage time effectively, and handle a steady flow of appointments.Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training is valued.
