Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for facility systems and salon-related equipment.Experience performing Preventive Maintenance and routine Maintenance activities to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.Ability to effectively diagnose issues using Troubleshooting skills and implement timely, practical solutions.General knowledge of building systems (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and safe use of hand and power tools.Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple maintenance requests and schedules.Effective communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when interacting with beauty and wellness professionals and staff.Ability to work on-site, stand and move for extended periods, and perform light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting and carrying materials.Availability for On call and Overtime hours as needed.
