What You’ll Do:
Be the first and last impression—greet every guest with warmth & professionalism
Create a polished, high-end experience that sets our salon apart
Upsell services & recommend retail to enhance the guest’s results
Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
Follow up via calls, texts & emails—build lasting client relationships
Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver!
Lead salon tours to introduce guests to our full range of services & products
Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & retail space
