You will guide service providers, reception staff, and salon support teams to deliver Forbes Five-Star service and a luxurious guest experience. As a leader on duty, you will mentor staff, manage scheduling and payroll aspects, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining operational standards across opening/closing, inventory, and events. A background in luxury hospitality is preferred.
