Job Summary

is a luxury boutique salon in Virginia Beach specializing in lived-in blonding, dimensional color, corrective color, extensions, and precision haircutting. We are growing quickly and looking for experienced stylists who are passionate about their craft, care deeply about client experience, and want a salon to truly grow with long-term.

Unlike large corporate salons, our environment is intentionally smaller, more personal, and team-oriented. What You’ll Be Doing

Creating an elevated experience for every guest from consultation to final style
Building genuine long-term relationships with clients, not just filling appointments
Providing customized color, blonding, haircutting, and styling services with attention to detail
Helping maintain the calm, polished, boutique atmosphere our salon is known for
Staying on schedule while still giving clients a personalized experience
Contributing to a positive, drama-free team culture where everyone supports each other
Taking pride in cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism throughout the salon
Continuing to grow your skills, artistry, and clientele over time
Rebooking guests and helping build lasting client loyalty through quality work and trust
Working collaboratively with a team that values growth, education, and consistency over ego

Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
