A prestigious, established luxury hair salon in Washington, DC is seeking a polished, professional Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional hospitality, and being part of a sophisticated beauty environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and personally assist clients throughout their salon experience
Answer phones, texts, emails and client inquiries
Manage appointments and scheduling through Phorest
Process payments and maintain accurate client information
Coordinate with stylists and assistants
Assist with retail sales and inventory
Help maintain an organized, elevated front-desk environment
Follow up with clients and encourage rebooking
Assist with social media and basic marketing initiatives
Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who is:

Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with high-end clientele
Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
Comfortable learning technology and salon software
Interested in beauty, fashion, hair and luxury hospitality
Professional in appearance and communication
Able to work effectively as part of a team

Previous salon, spa, luxury retail, hotel or hospitality experience is preferred. Phorest experience is a plus.

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Full-time position with opportunities for growth.
