Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • 2+ years in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (hospitality, retail leadership, or operations) • Experience leading, coaching, or influencing others in a professional setting • Demonstrated ability to hit goals, KPIs, or performance metrics • Passion for the beauty industry and luxury guest experiences. What Success Looks Like in This Role (First 90 Days): • You take ownership of front desk operations and elevate consistency in guest experience • You confidently support stylists in improving booking, retention, and productivity metrics • You begin participating in coaching conversations and team accountability (with leadership support) You identify opportunities for operational improvement and help implement solutions
