The Concierge helps create a warm, elevated, and seamless guest experience while supporting a high-volume schedule across multiple providers and services. High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, hospitality, salon, retail, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and team-focused Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company Professional personal presentation and comfort working within a luxury salon environment If you are passionate about customer service and have a desire to work in a luxurious and fun setting, we would love to talk with you.
