Location: The House on Lovers (Dallas North Tollway & Lovers Lane)
Compensation: $19.00+/hour (commensurate based on experience)
Hours per week: 25-to-40/week (Saturday once or twice per month)

We are a fast-paced luxury salon seeking a polished, organized, hospitality-driven professional to join our concierge team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, thrives in an active environment, communicates well, and can stay calm and focused while multitasking throughout the day. Our front desk serves as the heartbeat of the salon experience. The Concierge helps create a warm, elevated, and seamless guest experience while supporting a high-volume schedule across multiple providers and services. This is a team-oriented role in a busy, high-energy environment where professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and composure matter.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a warm, polished, and welcoming manner
Manage guest check-in/check-out flow and maintain a smooth front desk experience
Answer incoming calls and assist guests with appointment scheduling
Manage salon text messaging and email communications
Navigate same-day scheduling adjustments and maintain appointment accuracy throughout the day
Process payments accurately and assist with retail/product transactions
Support providers by helping maintain pacing and organization throughout active service periods
Maintain detailed and accurate client notes and appointment records
Become knowledgeable about salon services, products, pricing, and policies
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
Assist with inventory-related tasks and general salon support
Utilize salon scheduling/POS software and internal communication systems consistently and accurately

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service, hospitality, salon, retail, or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking
Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
Professional personal presentation and comfort working within a luxury salon environment
