Luxury Salon Assistant (Licensed or Cosmetology Student Required)

As a Salon Assistant at Rare Luxe Sanctuary, you will work directly alongside the lead stylist to support daily operations, assist with services, and help maintain the elevated client experience the brand is known for. This is not just an assistant position—this is hands-on exposure to the luxury side of the beauty industry, with a strong focus on textured and curly hair care. Client Experience • Greet clients professionally and create a welcoming, luxury atmosphere • Prepare clients for services (detangling, braiding foundation, sectioning) • Ensure client comfort throughout the appointment • Maintain a calm, polished, and private salon environment • Must be a licensed cosmetologist OR currently enrolled in cosmetology school • Strong interest in hair extensions, textured hair, and curly hair care • Professional appearance and demeanor • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Must be coachable, reliable, and consistent Experience: • Cosmetology: 1 year (Required)
