Ho‘āla Salon and Spa is looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team at Ala Moana Center.

We are an AVEDA Lifestyle Salon and Spa, and we proudly use and sell exclusively AVEDA products — plant-powered, cruelty-free, vegan, and created with care for people and the planet.

At Ho‘āla, we love creating a welcoming experience and putting smiles on people’s faces. Our Guest Relations team plays an important role in making every guest feel cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Guest Relations Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Scheduling appointments and supporting smooth daily salon/spa flow
Checking guests in and out accurately
Handling transactions, gift cards, series/packages, and retail purchases with attention to detail
Recommending services, products, and promotions that support the guest’s needs
Supporting retail sales and helping guests discover AVEDA products
Communicating clearly with service providers, management, and guests
Helping maintain a clean, calm, and elevated guest experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Strong customer service skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Confidence communicating with guests
Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions
Interest in beauty, wellness, retail, and guest care
Sales or retail experience preferred
AVEDA experience a plus, but not required

Training is provided.

We currently have Part-Time Guest Relations Coordinator positions available. Flexible availability is needed, including daytime, evening, and weekend coverage.
