Studio Chique is seeking a polished, experienced and sales-driven Luxury Guest Concierge to join our luxury salon and wellness spa.

This is not a traditional receptionist or front-desk position.

Our Luxury Guest Concierge helps manage the business during their assigned shift — overseeing guest experience, appointment flow, communications, sales opportunities and day-to-day operational needs.

We need someone who can take ownership of a shift, think on their feet, solve problems, sell confidently and deliver exceptional hospitality without requiring constant supervision.

SCHEDULE — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is a part-time, in-person position with evening and weekend availability required.

Candidates must be available for:

Weekday evening shifts
Rotating Saturdays
Rotating Sundays from 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

During evening and weekend rotations, you may be the primary Luxury Guest Concierge responsible for the desk and guest communications. You must be comfortable independently managing phones, scheduling, guest concerns, sales opportunities, lead follow-up, closing responsibilities and appropriate escalation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Luxury Guest Concierge, you will help manage both the guest experience and the business behind it.

Responsibilities include:

Manage incoming calls, texts, appointment requests and guest communications
Manage appointments, confirmations, modifications and waitlists
Actively work the schedule to help fill openings and maximize appointment opportunities
Rebook guests and support guest retention
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments
Confidently present and sell Studio Chique memberships, packages, service enhancements and retail
Identify appropriate cross-booking opportunities across salon, spa and wellness services
Support membership enrollment and ongoing member experience
Monitor guest flow, wait times and provider schedules
Proactively communicate delays and help resolve guest-experience concerns
Greet and care for guests with polished, luxury-level hospitality
Maintain accurate guest notes and communication
Work collaboratively with providers, assistants, Concierge and management
Maintain an organized, professional and guest-ready front-of-house environment
Complete assigned opening, closing and administrative responsibilities
Recognize problems quickly, take appropriate action and escalate when necessary

SALES IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS ROLE

Previous sales experience is required.

You must be comfortable selling:

We are not looking for aggressive sales tactics. We practice hospitality-based sales — listening to the guest, understanding their needs, confidently recommending the appropriate solution, communicating its value and asking for the sale.

If you are uncomfortable discussing money, recommending services, asking a guest to join a membership, following up with leads or working toward measurable sales goals, this will not be the right position for you.

OUR OPERATING STANDARD

Our Luxury Guest Concierge team works with clear performance expectations.

You will be expected to:

Answer incoming calls by the third ring whenever possible
Keep guest holds within our 30–60 second standard
Respond promptly to active leads during assigned lead-coverage periods
Actively work open appointment opportunities rather than simply waiting for bookings
Consistently present appropriate membership and rebooking opportunities
Follow through on assigned guest communications and open loops
Maintain awareness of what is happening throughout the salon and spa
Leave your shift with accurate notes and clear handoffs for the next team member

PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION

Studio Chique is a luxury beauty and wellness environment.

Our Luxury Guest Concierge team is often the first and last impression our guests receive.

Candidates must maintain a polished, professional appearance and presentation consistent with a luxury hospitality environment and Studio Chique's established dress and grooming standards.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

Previous sales experience
Strong customer service or hospitality experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using scheduling, CRM, POS or similar business technology
Weekday evening availability
Rotating Saturday availability
Rotating Sunday availability from 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Preferred:

Salon, spa, beauty, wellness, hotel, hospitality, membership or luxury retail experience
Membership or recurring-service sales experience
Concierge, front desk, administrative or operations experience
Experience working with sales goals, conversion goals or KPIs

COMPENSATION

$[RATE]/hour + membership/sales incentives

Final compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
