About the Role Conduct bridal appointments, guiding clients through a personalized luxury shopping experienceBuild meaningful client relationships and confidently close salesMaintain proactive communication and follow-up with brides throughout their decision processProactively reconnect with past clients and leads to generate new sales opportunities and accessory purchasesNetwork and cultivate relationships with wedding planners, photographers, and other wedding professionalsMaintain a polished, luxury showroom environment at all timesAssist with client correspondence and operational tasks that support the teamContribute to an energetic, fashion-forward showroom atmosphere Proven sales ability with confidence closing high-value purchasesExperience in fashion retail or luxury sales (bridal experience is a plus)Comfortable selling gowns in the $5,000–$10,000+ rangeA strong sense of personal style and professional presentationA proactive mindset and the ability to generate momentum during quieter periodsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAttention to detail, follow-through, and professionalismSelf-motivated individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, training, and relevant luxury retail or bridal experience.
