💇‍♀️ **What You’ll Do**

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of stylists
* Set the tone for an amazing guest experience for kids and parents
* Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily salon operations
* Help drive revenue through excellent service, teamwork, and local marketing
* Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong, cohesive stylist team
* Model high technical standards and provide coaching when needed

🎓 **What You Bring**

* **Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager’s License (required)**
* 5+ years behind the chair; leadership or management experience a strong plus
* A warm, professional, positive personality
* Ability to build, coach, and energize a team
* Passion for delivering great haircuts and great experiences
