What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate a team of talented hairstylists and barbers
Drive store performance through coaching, recruiting, and team development
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, positive culture
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and team communication
Help grow the business through local marketing and community involvement

What We’re Looking For

Management or leadership experience in a salon, retail, or customer service environment
Current cosmetology or barber license
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to coach, inspire, and lead by example
