What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding haircut experiences for every client.
Coach, develop, and encourage your team.
Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
Build a positive, high-performing salon culture.
Manage daily operations, scheduling, and salon standards.
Monitor key performance metrics and celebrate team successes.
Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and technical excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

Holds a current Washington State Cosmetology or Barber License.
Has experience behind the chair.
Has previous leadership experience or demonstrates strong leadership potential.
Enjoys mentoring and developing others.
Communicate clearly and professionally.
Is organized, dependable, and solutions oriented.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Is available to support the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
