Role Description The Licensed Nail Technician role at Be Pure Organic Salon is a full-time, on-site position located in Pittsburgh, PA. The technician will perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art, using products that align with the salon’s organic and wellness-focused standards. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients about nail care needs, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, and following state health and safety regulations. The role involves managing appointment schedules, supporting a positive client experience, and collaborating with team members to promote salon services. The technician is expected to build strong client relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and consistent service quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Nail Care and Nails, including manicures, pedicures, and basic nail treatments.Skills in Nail Art and creative design to meet diverse client preferences.Foundational knowledge of Cosmetology principles and safe product usage.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.Valid state Nail Technician or Cosmetology license in Pennsylvania.Commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.Ability to work full time on-site, manage appointments, and maintain punctuality.Prior salon or spa experience and familiarity with organic or non-toxic products are beneficial.
