Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Educate clients on nail care routines, aftercare instructions, and new trends in nail artistry
Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments
Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, new techniques in nail care, and esthetic laser treatments to continually elevate service quality

Qualifications

Valid state licensure as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with specialization in nails
Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a salon environment
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Experience with advanced nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and color theory principles
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
