A Little About The Facial Bar

The Facial Bar was established in 2015. We are a locally owned, woman-led skincare company redefining the spa experience through targeted express facial treatments in a social, open-concept environment.

Your First 90 Days

We don't expect you to walk in knowing everything, we're here to help you become great.Your first 9 weeks are an immersive training intensive designed to build your confidence, skills, and knowledge. You'll train directly with your manager while also learning from experienced teammates who are always there to support and mentor you. We believe our estheticians get better when they learn from each other. You'll be expected to take ownership of your growth by preparing, studying, and practicing between trainings, but you'll never be expected to figure it out alone.

You'll Learn The Facial Bar Way Through

Hands-on training for every service we offer Service theory, safety, and sanitation Product and ingredient education Client consultations and skin education Our technology and systems Pre-booking, retail, and sales strategies Practice services on models

At approximately 90 days, after completing Level 1 training, you'll receive an individual wage review based on your performance, skill development, and team behaviors.
