Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist is a part-time, on-site role based at Spargo Salon, Spa & Medical Spa in Pewaukee, WI. The therapist will also be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, ensuring proper sanitation and safety standards, and accurately documenting tr eatments. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build positive client relationships.Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques and body massage, with the ability to tailor sessions to client needs and preferences.Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Wisconsin and compliance with all applicable regulations and professional standards.Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation best practices in a spa or clinical setting.Reliability & ability to manage a part-time schedule including possible evenings and 1 Saturday per month.Open to new graduatesPrevious spa, salon, or wellness center experience is preferred but not required; openness to ongoing training and professional development.Professional, respectful demeanor and commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory care to all clients and coworkers.
