Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist is a part-time, on-site role based at Spargo Salon, Spa & Medical Spa in Pewaukee, WI. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing professional body massage and therapeutic treatments, customizing services to meet individual client needs, and maintaining a calm, supportive environment that promotes relaxation and wellness. The role involves conducting thorough client consultations, recognizing areas of tension or stress, and recommending appropriate massage techniques and follow-up care. Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build positive client relationships.Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques and body massage, with the ability to tailor sessions to client needs and preferences.Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Wisconsin and compliance with all applicable regulations and professional standards.Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation best practices in a spa or clinical setting.Reliability & ability to manage a part-time schedule including possible evenings and 1 Saturday per month.Open to new graduatesPrevious spa, salon, or wellness center experience is preferred but not required; openness to ongoing training and professional development.Professional, respectful demeanor and commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory care to all clients and coworkers.
