The "Holistic & Elevated" Version

Best for attracting experienced therapists who value a serene, professional, and high-end atmosphere.

Headline: Elevated Wellness. Authentic Connection. Join the Spa Concepts Collective. ✨

We’re moving past the corporate fluff to focus on what matters: Space, Support, and Skill. We are looking for reliable, grounded, and professional Massage Therapists who are ready to practice their craft in a drama-free, high-end environment. If you believe that a therapist’s well-being is the foundation of a great guest experience, you’ll fit right in.

The Rewards of the Craft:

Performance-Based Pay: Competitive service commissions + 10% retail commission on Aveda botanical products.
Pro-Level Benefits: Comprehensive vision, dental, life insurance, and disability plans.
Artistic Development: Paid training, continuing education, and a clear path for professional promotion.
The Ritual of Self-Care: Deep discounts on our Aveda products and luxury spa/salon services.
Management That Mentors: Owners and leaders who value your voice and support your professional growth.

The Schedule (Specific Openings):

Bossier (Bancorp South): Thursdays (9 AM–5 PM) & every other Sunday (12 PM–6 PM).
Shreveport (Ashley Ridge): Monday–Thursday (2 PM–7 PM) & every other Saturday (2 PM–7 PM).

Who You Are: You don’t just provide a service; you curate a wellness journey. You are a licensed professional skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone, with an interest in specialized modalities like Cupping or Guasha. You value a "low maintenance, high impact" lifestyle and a compassionate, guest-first approach.
