The Lullabar is one of North County's top nail salons, located inside a unique space that also includes a coffee shop and childcare. We're looking for a detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our team and provide clients with high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments.
Services offered: Classic Mani/Pedis, Gel Mani/Pedis, Structured Gel, Gel X (and removal), Hard Gel, Nail Art. Vegan & non-toxic. Products: Dazzle Dry, CND, DARK. No acrylic or DIP services.
Responsibilities: Deliver manicures and pedicures (nail shaping, cuticle care, polish, treatments); apply artificial nails, designs, and nail art; advise clients on nail health and treatments; maintain inventory; sanitize all instruments; provide warm, professional service; support smooth check-ins, bookings, and salon SOPs.
Requirements: Valid California Manicurist/Cosmetologist license; knowledge of a wide range of nail techniques (Russian manicures and dry pedicures a plus); excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail; strong communication and customer service skills; reliable, patient, and team-oriented.
Paid training provided. Technicians experienced in Russian manicures and dry pedicures are strongly encouraged to apply.
