Aria Salon & Spa is looking for a talented and passionate Lash Technician to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality lash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume sets.
Conduct professional client consultations to determine desired results and ensure expectations are met.
Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the professional standards of Aria Salon & Spa.

Qualifications

Valid state Cosmetology or Esthetics License.
Previous experience applying lash extensions.
Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
