Valid New York State Esthetician License Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 2–5+ years of professional lash experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for delivering an exceptional luxury spa experience Professional appearance and positive attitude Service commission starting at 40% (higher commission available based on experience and performance) 100% of tips Retail commission on product sales Appointment-based position (no hourly wage) Full-time technicians working 6 days per week can expect to earn $6,000+ per month, including tips (earnings vary based on bookings and performance).
