Deliver professional hair styling, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences using current techniques and trends Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice on hair care products and retail items Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and accessories to boost sales while educating clients on their benefits Mentor junior team members in technical skills like straight razor shaves, color theory application, and store management practices Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations Proven experience in hair styling, coloring (including advanced techniques), and hair extensions application Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and retail management Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Ability to perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading is preferred Demonstrated store management skills including front desk operations and mentoring team members
