Job Description

Monique’s Beauty Bar is seeking a licensed hairstylist who delivers high-quality results and understands that client experience is just as important as the service itself.

Located in NoDa, our luxury salon is built for stylists ready to grow their clientele, increase income, and work in an elevated environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide cutting, styling, silk presses, treatments, and/or specialty services
Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation to finish
Maintain a clean, organized station
Build and retain a consistent clientele

Compensation: Commission and/or booth rental available

Provide high-quality beauty services with consistency and professionalism
Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury-level workspace
Build and manage your clientele
Collaborate with other professionals in a positive, team-oriented environment
Stay up to date with trends, techniques, and industry standards
