The Chingona Collective is seeking 5–6 talented, licensed hairstylists and beauty professionals to join our new salon collective located on Florence Avenue near Pioneer Boulevard in Santa Fe Springs, California.
This is an exciting opportunity for independent stylists who are ready to build their clientele, grow their personal brand, and operate their beauty business in a professional and supportive salon environment.
About the Opportunity
We are preparing to open our doors soon, with a ribbon-cutting planned before the end of the year. We are looking for motivated, professional stylists who want to establish or expand their independent salon business.
Booth Rental: $300 per week
Requirements
Valid California cosmetology, barber, or applicable beauty professional license
Professional liability insurance
Professional and reliable
Passionate about providing excellent client service
Ability to operate independently and manage your own clientele and business
Commitment to maintaining a clean, professional salon environment
