Shear Ambition LLC is a busy and active hair salon in Lower Nazareth, PA. We offer the best salon experience for our guests and staff.

We are looking for an experienced stylist with a following to join our team. This is a commission only position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including hair styling, hair coloring, cutting, highlighting, with hair extensions and makeup application a plus.
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior cosmetologists.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cosmetologist in a salon environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of hair and beauty techniques, including hair styling, hair coloring, possibly hair extensions and maybe makeup application.
- knowledge of social media platforms, include your Instagram if you have one
- Strong knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a salon setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

*This is a full commission paid position
