Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough hair and scalp evaluations to understand client goals, hair health, and personalized care plans.
Styling & Care: Deliver professional hair care services, including natural hair styling, silk presses, protective styles, scalp therapies, treatments, and hair restoration techniques.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain precise workstation cleanliness and strictly follow state board sanitation and disinfection protocols.
Client Retention & Retail: Educate clients on home-care regimens, recommend appropriate retail products, and rebook appointments to maintain healthy hair routines.
Team & Studio Culture: Maintain a reliable, punctual, and professional attitude while contributing to a collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
License: Active Georgia Master Cosmetologist or Hair Designer license in good standing.
Experience: Proven experience in healthy hair care, natural styling, or hair restoration techniques (portfolio or social media showcase preferred).
Skills: Strong knowledge of hair texture types, scalp health, product ingredients, and proper heat/tension management.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-end client service.
Professionalism: Punctual, organized, dependable, and eager to continue learning and refining skills.
