Key Responsibilities

Deliver precision haircuts and grooming services for men and boys in accordance with Sport Clips standards.Offer the MVP Experience, including massaging shampoo, hot steamed towels, and other relaxation-focused services.Engage with clients to understand their style preferences and suggest suitable haircut options and products.Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and sanitation protocols.Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.Recommend and upsell professional haircare products to meet client needs.Take part in ongoing technical and customer service training provided by Sport Clips.Work collaboratively with your team, assisting during busy periods to maintain a positive, sports-themed environment.Accurately process payments, tips, and product sales using our point-of-sale system.Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements.Required Skills

Expertise in men's haircutting and clipper techniques.Experience with fades, tapers, and beard trimming.Proficient in shampooing and scalp massage methods.Commitment to sanitation and safety compliance.Strong client consultation and communication abilities.Effective time management in a fast-paced salon setting.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling.Knowledge of retail haircare products and how to recommend them.Ability to collaborate within a team-focused salon environment.Exceptional customer service skills to promote client retention.
