Job Overview- Licensed Hair Extension Specialist | Clients Provided
We are a growing Minneapolis salon expanding our hair services with a dedicated hair extension program. You will be our primary extension specialist and receive first access to the extension appointments we generate.
We provide the clients. Our salon handles marketing, client inquiries, and appointment booking. You focus on consultations and delivering excellent extension services.
Accept as many appointments as your availability allows, with the opportunity to build a consistent schedule as demand grows. No existing clientele is required.
Compensation
50% commission on extension service
15% commission on extension hair sales
100% of your tips
No booth rental fee
Responsibilities
Conduct extension consultations and color matching
Recommend suitable extension methods
Perform installations, move-ups, maintenance, and removals
Blend and style extensions for natural results
Explain maintenance and aftercare
Maintain a clean and professional workspace
Qualifications
Professional hair extension experience
Valid cosmetology license
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Portfolio or photographs of your work
