Licensed Hair Stylist and Hair Replacement Specialist

Donna Salons Stylist & Hair Loss Solutions in Naples is seeking an experienced, licensed hair stylist to join our team. Our salon offers wigs, toppers, nonsurgical hair replacement, and regular salon services, including haircuts, color, and styling.

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable professional who enjoys building client relationships and helping people feel confident. The ideal candidate has strong salon skills and experience working with clients experiencing hair loss.

Responsibilities:

Provide regular salon services, including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and hair loss concerns.
Help clients select wigs, toppers, and nonsurgical hair replacement solutions.
Fit, customize, cut, blend, and style hairpieces for a natural appearance.
Perform hair replacement maintenance services based on experience.
Educate clients on home care and recommend appropriate products.
Learn the features of different hairpiece brands, materials, and cap constructions to recommend suitable options.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support fellow team members.

Qualifications:

Active Florida cosmetology license.
Professional salon experience with strong cutting, coloring, and styling skills.
Experience with wigs, toppers, or nonsurgical hair replacement is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and consultation skills.
Patience, discretion, and sensitivity when working with clients experiencing hair loss.
A dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to continue learning.
