What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, skin fades, tapers, beard trims, and straight razor servicesConduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and deliver consistent resultsCreate an outstanding guest experience from check-in to checkoutRecommend products and services that fit each client’s needsBuild a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service and relationship-buildingMaintain a clean, organized, and professional workstationContribute to a positive team culture and help create an exceptional shop environment

Qualifications

Active Barber or Cosmetology License in TexasExperience with men’s haircuts, fades, clipper work, shear cutting, and beard groomingStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, professional, and team-focused attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume barbershop environmentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
