Christine Dior Signature Salon is a growing luxury salon located in DuPont, WA, proudly we've been serving DuPont, JBLM, Lakewood, Steilacoom, Lacey, Olympia, Tacoma, Puyallup, and surrounding communities for the last 15+ years.

We're looking for a talented, passionate Licensed Hairstylist to join our team, with flexible hours as our salon continues to grow. If you're passionate about creating beautiful transformations, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Perform precision haircuts, coloring, highlighting, balayage, styling, blowouts, and other salon servicesConduct professional consultations and recommend customized services and home-care productsDeliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding salon experienceBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsMaintain sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with Washington State cosmetology standardsUtilize Square Appointments system for scheduling, client records, and checkoutSupport retail sales through product education and recommendationsCollaborate with fellow stylists to create a positive, professional salon culture

Qualifications

Current Washington State Cosmetology License1+ years of salon experience preferredExperience with salon software preferred; training on Square providedStrong cutting, coloring, and styling skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude, professionalism, and reliabilityAvailable to work Mondays-Wednesdays or Thursdays-FridaysPassionate about continuing education and growing your clientele

Compensation

Commission-Based W-2 PositionEstimated Earnings: $25–$45+ per hour (including commissions and tips)Compensation is based on experience, service volume, client retention, and retail salesPotential sign-on bonus after 90 days or a guaranteed commission draw for the first 30 days
