Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team! In this role, you will bring your passion for hair care and styling to help clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, and hair extensions tailored to each client’s preferences and needs Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction Communicate clearly with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional suggestions based on color theory and current trends Upsell additional services like makeup application or specialized treatments to maximize client experience and salon revenue Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering (including straight razor work), and customer service best practices
