Job Description
Hobson’s Edge Hair Studio is hiring licensed hair stylists for a new and growing salon on Hobson Road in Fort Wayne.
We are looking for friendly, reliable, motivated stylists who want to build a strong client base, earn good money, and be part of a clean, modern salon with classic service and a fresh edge.

Our pay plan is built to help stylists succeed. You get the security of a guaranteed hourly minimum while also having the upside of commission, tips, retail sales, and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

Provide quality haircuts, styling, and salon services
Perform men’s, women’s, and kids’ cuts
Offer color, root touch-ups, treatments, and styling services when qualified
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Keep your station clean and organized
Follow sanitation and safety procedures
Help rebook clients before they leave
Encourage happy clients to leave reviews
Promote salon products when appropriate
Work as part of a positive team

Qualifications

Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license required
Reliable and professional
Good customer service skills
Ability to work with appointments and walk-ins
Clean and sanitary work habits
Positive attitude
Willingness to help grow a new salon
Evening and weekend availability preferred

Schedule
Flexible scheduling available.
Full-time and part-time positions may be available.

Evening and weekend availability is a plus.

Compensation Example A stylist who produces strong service sales can earn more than the hourly guarantee through commission, tips, retail commission, and bonuses.
