Deliver exceptional services through effective client consultations and applying best service techniques.Engage in local marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions and client appreciation events.Educate clients on proper at-home hair care and recommend products to help maintain their styles between visits.Provide quality consultations, communicating pricing transparently before services begin.Complete necessary administrative tasks promptly, including closing tickets and scheduling appointments through the POS system.Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and leadership.Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis.Be flexible to perform all services offered in the salon.Adapt to shifting schedules to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.Attend required technical training sessions.Adhere to all Regis policies and salon operational procedures.Desired Skills and Experiences:

Stylist-in-Training: must be within 90 days of graduating from cosmetology school.Stylist: must hold a valid and current cosmetology or barber's license.Educational Requirements:

Maintain a valid cosmetology or barber's license (or be within 90 days of graduation).All Stylists are required to complete designated training per Regis standards.*All Supercuts Stylists must participate in the Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) program and obtain a certificate of completion.Work Location: Onsite at Salon Location.
