As an Advanced Stylist, you will be expected to deliver a luxury experience to every client, every time. Perform expert haircuts on all hair lengths and textures, including curly cuts, precision short cuts and fades.Execute advanced color services including Balayage, highlights, custom/creative colors, and color correction.Provide a luxury guest experience, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and pampered.Actively work to build and retain a clientele (or bring a partial existing clientele).Participate in salon duties and support the team ecosystem; we value "team players" who help keep the salon running smoothly.Commit to continuous growth by attending mandatory in-salon classes and furthering your education.Self-manage your schedule and station to ensure timeliness and efficiency. )Work-Life Balance: 3 weeks of wellness time + up to 2 weeks of paid vacation.Education: Ongoing provided education and coaching to keep your skills sharp.Perks: Generous product and service discounts.
