Licensed Hair & Nail Technician

Summary:

The Licensed Hair, Skin & Nail Technician delivers a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, scalp treatments, manicures, pedicures, gel polish, facials, and hair removal.

Responsibility:

Greet guests warmly and prepare them for treatment.
Discuss the client's needs and provide service recommendations.
Asses clients skin/hair and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain complete knowledge of: All Salon & Spa services, product lines, and retail items.
Comply with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Comply with health and safety guidelines.
Follow industry trends, stay up to date on new techniques.
Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:

6+ months of Cosmetologist, Full Specialist, or Nail Technician required.
Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Florida Cosmetology License required.
Dual licensure (e.g., Full Specialist or Nail Technician) is a plus.
