Empress Crownz is a structured, commission-based natural hair salon seeking a Licensed Hair Care Specialist who is passionate about healthy hair, professionalism, and long-term career growth.

This is not a booth-rent position. This role is ideal for a stylist who wants stability, mentorship, structure, and accountability while growing their skills and clientele.

Licensed in the state of North Carolina
Passionate about healthy natural hair
Coachable, teachable, and open to feedback
Professional, punctual, and reliable
Willing to grow within a structured salon environment
Able to move with urgency while maintaining quality

Natural Hair Care & Maintenance
Knotless Braids
Cornrows / Feed-Ins
Twists & Locs
Sew-Ins and Protective Styles

(You do not need to master EVERYservice, but you must be skilled in at least one area and willing to train and improve.)

Responsibilities

Provide professional, high-quality hair services
Follow salon standards, systems, and service protocols
Participate in required training and skill development
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Support a positive, respectful salon culture
