Duties
offer a variety of services in estheticsApply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades for spray tan applications that complement clients’ features.Conduct waxing, lash, tanning and facial services to enhance clients’ overall look.Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and retail options while upselling additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction.Ability to adapt in many different ways and personalities to ensure each client has a personalized experience.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations consistently.Stay current with industry trends in eyelash extensions, advanced skin care techniques, trends.Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that encourages repeat visits.execute great teamwork skills for you and everyone you work with to create a smooth work flow.Must be driven to excel in this industry and motivate those around you to do so.On down time, you are doing receptionist tasks and helping out at the front desk.all service providers or employees still in school will be trained on front desk duties for the first week.Experience
Proven experience as a licensed esthetician/ cosmetologist or proof of current schooling.Good communication skills and familiarity with retail sales concepts like upselling strategies to boost product sales effectively.Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.additional certifications in lash services or body waxing are advantageous.
